Non-smoking house. Absolutely no smoking in the house or anywhere on the property. If anyone in your party smokes please cancel your request. This is a 100% non-smoking house. Evidence of smoking will end in a $500 fine.

Strict no party policy. Any neighbor complaints or police calls will results in $500 fine. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from loud noise after 10PM and before 8:00 AM

We ask that you remove your shoes at the front door. This helps us keep the house in top shape and helps us keep our cleaning fees down. The home is furnished with several unique furnishings and we ask that you please be respectful of our belongings. We understand that things do break and get damaged on occasion. We ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if something is not working or breaks so that we can get it fixed/replaced ASAP.

Our house is set up to sleep 10 comfortably. Should you like to have more guests in the home we do charge $50 per person per night. This extra guest Fee applies to any guest. For example, if you have 8 adults, 4 kids over the age of 2 your total guest count is 12. This means you will be charged an additional $70 per night for the 2 guests.

Pets
While we do welcome your fury pets to join you on your stay we do charge $35 per night. Those 4 paws often mean more where and tear. Additionally you will be financially responsible for any damage from your pet to the home. Pet’s must be on a leash at all times when outdoors and remain in your control. All Pet waste should be picked up by you, secured in a bag and thrown in the outdoor trash. There is a 25 charge for any waste that is not removed.

Pool Passes
Pool passes must be returned and left in the house prior to your departure. Any missing pool passes will incur a charge of $100 per missing pass in order to replace the pass.

Towels
Do not take any bath or hot tub towels off the property. All of the sports centers and pools provide towels to you at the individual facilities. For each stay we provide 20 bath towels and 10 hot tub towels. While our home is only set up to house 10 guests we understand that some guests may have children that put them over that number and therefore may need to wash some towels throughout your stay. We do provide a washer and dryer as well as all laundry detergent.

$10 per missing towel will be charged

Trash and Recycling
Prior to leaving and during your stay please take out the trash and place it in the exterior garbage can bright blue bin with black lid that is next to the garage within the fenced area. Additionally please break down any recyclables and place them in the navy blue bin also in the enclosed fencing area. Glass can be placed in the milk crate bin next to the garbage can. Oregon does provide a five cent bottle refund. If you would like to donate your bottles and cans please leave them in the bin in the garage prior to leaving.

BBQ
Please use the grill cleaning brush after using the BBQ. If the propane tank is empty please contact us and we will let you know where the replacement tank is. This helps us to ensure that we can refill the tank prior to the next guests arriving.
